Big Eyes (2014)
Big Eyes is an upcoming biographical drama film directed by Tim Burton. The film will focus on Walter Keane, an artist known in the 1950s and '60s for his kitsch paintings of large-eyed waifs, and his then-wife Margaret Keane. The film is said to tell the story of their heated divorce battle wherein Margaret accused Walter of stealing her paintings. Walter Keane will be played by Christoph Waltz, with Margaret being portrayed by Amy Adams. The film is scheduled to be released on December 25, 2014, by The Weinstein Company.
