Satyam Shivam Sundaram (The True, The Good and The Beautiful) is an Indian film made by Raj Kapoor. Satyam means Truth, Shivam can refer to either Lord Shiva or Eternal and Sundaram means Beauty. Lata Mangeshkar was the inspiration behind Raj Kapoor's Satyam Shivam Sundaram and he wanted to cast her in the movie, reveals Raj Kapoor's daughter Ritu Nanda in her latest book.
