Toh Baat Pakki! is a 2010 Hindi romantic comedy film directed by Kedar Shinde. The film, produced by Ramesh S Taurani under Tips Music Films, stars Tabu, Sharman Joshi, Vatsal Seth, Yuvika Chaudhary and Ayub Khan in the lead roles.
