Trail of the Mounties (1947)

Trail of the Mounties is a 1947 American Screen Guild Productions film about Sandy Sanderson, a Royal Canadian Mounted Policeman, who is seeking to thwart a gang of fur thieves led by his twin brother Johnny. The screenplay was written by Betty Burbridge and the picture was directed by Howard Bretherton. Russell Hayden stars as both Sand and Johnny Sanderson, with Jennifer Holt as Kathie McBain, Emmett Lynn as Gumdrop, Terry Frost as Nick, Harry Cording as Hawkins, Charles Bedell as Maurice, and Zon Murray as Jacques.
